Project Overview
The renovation of a 1984 purpose-built Hyatt atrium hotel was the first major renovation that included program change since the hotel opened. The comprehensive interior and exterior renovation was managed from concept to completion while the hotel remained in operation. The project had a tight time frame to complete as incentives from the City were at stake that would allow the owner to buy out the land lease. PDSI completed the project on time and under budget.

PDSI’s services on this project included: the renovation of 491 guest rooms, the renovation and reprogramming of a 33,000 SF meeting space, a reinvented lobby and circulation areas, a reinvented F&B Venue and program, and a new Porte Cochere and arrival sequence.
