Project Overview

This ground up, mixed use development was a large, complex project that included a hotel, two golf courses, condominiums, single family residential, timeshare and light commercial spread over 2,400 acres. Completed in 2009, the project required comprehensive infrastructure improvements such as potable water well fields, sanitary sewer systems, roadways, tunnels, bridges, distribution of utilities across the rural site. PDSI’s responsibilities included the concept, design and coordination of all aspects of this project through construction including the hotel, golf courses and infrastructure. Our duties included, land planning, highest and best use analysis, site master planning, land use programming, entitlement research and permitting, project baseline determination (budget, scope and schedule), resource availability study, selection, production and leadership of entire project team
