Project Overview

This ground up, mixed use development was a large, complex project that included a hotel, two golf courses, condominiums, single family residential, timeshare and light commercial spread over 2,400 acres. In Their Words

Your efforts managing this very complex project has resulted in a 'trophy' property for both companies. While not an easy task, trying to satisfy the needs of a new owner and the desires of the former owner and future manager of the hotel, your tenacity in getting the job done was admirable.

– Brad Bryan, Executive Vice President, Marriott International
