A global investment management firm, commissioned PDSI to develop a property improvement plan (PIP) and budget for a portfolio comprised of a mix of hotel brands, including Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott, Fairfield Inn & Suites, and Holiday Inn.
