Crafting a strategic approach to capital investment. Prudential Realty came to PDSI with a high-priority project involving a portfolio of 32 hotels and a need for CapEx plans for each property as quickly as possible.

PDSI was uniquely positioned to leverage multiple locations across the country, able to visit and evaluate each asset and then prepare detailed CapEx plans for all 32 properties over a tight four-week timeline.
