Project Overview

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) retained PDSI to oversee the development of their flagship hotel for the Americas Division in its headquarter city, Atlanta, GA. The urban site selected for this $115 million investment required extensive site planning, creative structural solutions, and overcoming challenges in rewriting the InterContinental brand standards to meet today’s guest expectation. Today the InterContinental Buckhead is seen as a model of efficiency given a project of this magnitude positioned on a small parcel of land in the Buckhead business district of Atlanta.
