Holly Goudy

Project Manager

With over 13 years of hospitality experience, Ms. Holly Goudy joins PDSI as Project Manager in our Baltimore Office location.  Ms. Goudy is responsible for scope development, design review and approval, bid solicitation and evaluation of all design and construction projects, while ensuring quality control.  As the driving force of a project, she is tasked to provide the direction and process for the project team, while managing effective communication between all constituents, and delivering the project on time, within scope and budget.  Holly enjoys managing all the details and finding alternative approaches to her projects.

Prior to joining PDSI, Holly worked as a Project Manager for Hospitality Ventures Management Group, Hawkeye Hotels, Stonebridge Companies as a Capital Improvement PM, Remington Hotels, and Choice Hotels International where she managed conversions and new construction projects.  Ms. Goudy also was Director of New Store Development for AlphaGraphics, Inc. for over 13 years.  Her most notable hotel projects are the Hilton Downtown Seattle, Sheraton San Diego Suite renovation, Embassy Suites Santa Clara Guestroom renovations, DoubleTree San Francisco guestrooms and restaurant renovation and DoubleTree Grand Junction lobby & meeting space.

Ms. Goudy has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management Information Systems, with a minor in East Asian Studies, from the University of Arizona.  When not working at PDSI, Holly is a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism, a non-profit international educational organization focused on medieval history, and enjoys participating in dog show competitions, beer brewing, and spending time with her family.
