Steve DeMatteis

Project Manager

As part of his commitment to excellence, Mr. DeMatteis delivers successful projects for our Clients. Steve leads, oversees, and coordinates all phases of his projects from scope development to project close-out. He brings with him over 13 years’ experience in the hotel renovation industry.

Before joining PDSI, he worked as a Project Manager for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), managing their annual Capex Projects in the Design and Construction Department. He also brings experience as the resident PM and lead PM on two complex multi-phase / multi-year projects in the Caribbean. Mr. DeMatteis uses his abilities and drive to effectively manage his projects. He has a passion for seeing the conceptual designs transform a property into a product that everyone is proud of. His dedication to leading his projects and his team is second to none.

During his tenure at IHG, Steve was recognized for his efforts and abilities on high profile projects and earned the “Best of the Best” award in 2019 and the “Mission Impossible Award” in 2020. Steve also earned his Journeyman’s license for completing the trade school program through the Michigan Statewide Carpenter’s Apprenticeship School program.
