Jesus Hinojosa

Project Director

Mr. Hinojosa brings more than 20 years of experience in hospitality construction and project management in several markets within the US, Mexico and the Caribbean. Originally from Monterrey Mexico he has performed numerous roles throughout the project life cycle as general contractor, project manager and owner’s representative. Mr. Hinojosa provides leadership by coaching and empowering the management team, creating a collaborative environment with all stakeholders involved in all the different stages of the project, from conceptual design, all the way to final completion.

Prior to joining PDSI, Mr. Hinojosa was heavily involved in the completion of the Bahamar development in Nassau aiding the developer to assess the status of the project and create the project plan to complete the three different hotels (Rosewood, SLS and Hyatt) and the casino component. Additionally, he has acted in project management roles in projects at Cabo Cortes (Now East Cape), Hilton Los Cabos, Four Seasons Punta Mita, Viceroy and Cap Juluca in Anguilla. Jesus has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and was responsible for establishing the first Project Management Institute (PMI) student chapter in Mexico in 1999.
