Sr. Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager, Mr. Rueda oversees and directs the evaluation, definition, and control phases of his projects. With over 18 years of experience in the industry, Gera provides exceptional quality service, practical solutions and shrewdly streamlined processes that increase the value of our clients’ assets.

Prior to joining PDSI, Mr. Rueda served as Project Director for Lang & Schwander Hotel Interiors, where he led the strategic planning, supervision, and completion of multi-million-dollar FF&E projects with dozens of brands, designers, vendors, and manufacturers annually. He also served as Project Manager at Recreational Design & Construction, Inc. where he participated in all phases of the pre-construction, design, and build processes for commercial projects.

Mr. Rueda earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University, possesses two associate degrees on Architecture and Building Technology and holds a LEED AP (BD+C) certification.
