Holly Goudy

Project Manager

With over 14 years of hospitality experience, Ms. Holly Goudy joins PDSI as Project Manager in our Baltimore location. Ms. Goudy is responsible for scope development, design review and approval, bid solicitation and evaluation of all design and construction projects, while ensuring quality control. As the driving force of a project, she is tasked to provide the direction and process for the project team, while managing effective communication between all constituents, and delivering the project on time, within scope and budget. Holly enjoys managing all the details and finding alternative approaches to her projects.

Prior to joining PDSI, Holly worked as a Project Manager for Hospitality Ventures Management Group, Hawkeye Hotels, Stonebridge Companies, Remington Hotels, and Choice Hotels International where she managed conversions and new construction projects. Ms. Goudy worked for AlphaGraphics, Inc. for over 13 years with roles including Regional Manager for Asia and the Director of New Store Development. Her most notable hotel projects include a $180 million dollar redevelopment of a property’s public area, beach facility and historic restaurant and the Hilton Downtown Seattle. Holly has also worked in the capacity of the lender’s construction consultant providing reporting and feedback on the redevelopment process for the Kimpton Banneker.

Ms. Goudy has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management Information Systems, with a minor in East Asian Studies, from the University of Arizona.
