Mr. Baker joined the PDSI team in 2006 and works closely with Mr. Dierking out of our Baltimore office. As Project Director, he is responsible for all aspects of PDSI’s performance on the projects assigned to his care. As the owner’s representative on over $400 million of hospitality renovation, new builds and adaptive reuses, Mr. Baker is one of the most experienced hospitality Project Manager’s in the business. From conceptualization through design to finished project, Mr. Baker keeps his teams on a tight schedule focused on value driven design that is delivered per the promises of the conceptual budgets. His extensive resources bring exacting services from all A&E team members, consultants and contractors.
Prior to PDSI Mr. Baker was Construction Superintendent at Southway Builders Inc. Mr. Baker organized and directed scheduling, subcontractors, and utility companies while acting as primary liaison to architects, designers, owners and developers on both residential and commercial projects. Educated at Georgetown University, Mr. Baker earned his degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
