As Senior Project Director, Mr. Baker is responsible for all aspects of his teams’ performance on the projects assigned to his care. Keith excels at leading all stakeholders, especially during difficult situations, to working toward the goal of closing out a successful project. As the owner’s representative on over $400 million of hospitality renovations, new builds and adaptive reuse, Mr. Baker is one of the most experienced hospitality Project Directors in the industry. From conceptualization through design to the finished project, Mr. Baker keeps his teams on schedule, focusing on value driven design, while staying true to the agreed upon Project Plan. His extensive resources bring exacting services from all architecture and engineering team members, consultants and contractors. Mr. Baker’s extensive due diligence experience and ASTM Property Condition Assessment training make him a valuable partner for Owners and Lenders seeking to purchase or invest in a property by providing realistic assessments and budgets before making the real estate investment.
Prior to his tenure at PDSI, Mr. Baker was a Construction Superintendent. He organized and directed scheduling, subcontractors, and utility companies while acting as primary liaison to architects, designers, owners and developers on both residential and commercial projects. Studying at Georgetown University, Mr. Baker earned his degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
