Kaycie Paulk

Lead Project Coordinator

Ms. Paulk joined PDSI in 2022 as a Project Coordinator after
having worked in the hospitality industry for many years, with a
focus on sourcing and procurement. In her role, Ms. Paulk is
responsible for coordinating and monitoring the many facets of
the FF&E process. In addition to FF&E management, Ms. Paulk
assists with contract administration, consultant RFPs and project
closeout.

Prior to joining the team at PDSI, Ms. Paulk was a Senior Sourcing
Specialist at Universal Parks and Resorts. She has also previously
worked as a Project Coordinator with the Carroll Adams Group
and a Purchasing Manager at Master Construction Products. In her previous work experience, Ms. Paulk had the opportunity to work on several hotel projects including The Last Hotel, Saint Kate, InterContinental Toronto and the Boston Harbor Hotel, to name a few.

Kaycie has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management. She also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
