Paul Eckman
Project Manager
As a Project Manager for PDSI, Paul brings a unique perspective, identifying risks, anticipating needs, and acting as an agile decision-maker for the Client. Paul has a strong inner drive, which brings intensity, energy, and power to his leadership that motivates both him and his project team to excel for PDSI’s clients. His responsibilities include coordination of projects through all phases, and ensuring each phase is completed within the approved project budget, scope, and schedule. As a piece of the PDSI puzzle, Paul works hard to increase the value of PDSI client assets by turning their goals into action and making their goals a reality.
Prior to joining PDSI, Mr. Eckman worked in the hospitality sector for 13 years as a licensed commercial general contractor. Paul led a firm that completed over 100 renovations across 25 states for a wide range of hospitality brands. Mr. Eckman has strong ties to South Florida and the Caribbean where he spent 17 years of his early life in management at several Costco locations.
