Building on his breadth and depth of experience leading high profile projects, Oliver Carley brings exceptional professionalism and service to every aspect of his projects. Skilled at building and leading high-performing teams, he is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the clients’ goals, from proper due diligence through execution. He believes collaboration is essential to achieving successful projects and expertly leads teams that exceed client expectations. Oliver has negotiated and managed projects ranging from $1 million to over $100 million, including new builds, commercial office space, hotels, restaurants, multifamily units, and retail projects. He maintains key relationships with hospitality brands, design and procurement vendors, suppliers, and general contractors.
Prior to joining PDSI, Oliver was a Director for Watchdog Real Estate Project Management and was responsible for hospitality projects including retail, food and beverage, and student housing. He also worked with other project management consultants where he developed a mastery of project costs and components.
Oliver holds a Master in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, and BA in Human Ecology from College of the Atlantic.
