Jess Matson

FF&E Specialist

With almost 6 years of FF&E experience within the hospitality industry, Ms. Matson joined PDSI in 2021 as a Project Coordinator. With a strong background and understanding of project phasing and the importance of keeping the clients’ goals front of mind, Ms. Matson uses her expertise to successfully lead the charge from project conception through to project completion. Her experience brings her a solid foundation as she leads the coordination of FF&E specifications, bidding, contract administration, purchase order management, expediting and close-out. Jess is known for being creative and maintaining great working relationships with her clients, designers, warehouses, and industry consultants. Her direct communication & previous experience helps her bring value as an effective member to any team.

Before joining PDSI, Jess was a Senior Project Coordinator at Bray Whaler International where she procured FF&E for high-end hotel brands & luxury resorts, while gaining valuable experience within the hospitality industry. Jess’ most recent projects prior to joining PDSI include the Hilton Boston Downtown, Westin Houston Galleria/Oaks, Hotel Zachary, W Aspen, Walt Disney Reserve & Joie de Vivre Mission Pacific.

Jess has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Western Illinois University and is a member of NEWH.
