Project Director

With over a decade of project work representing more than $260 million in capital placement, Eric Miller has successfully completed a wide range of projects, from restaurant build outs to ground up new construction, as well as mixed scope remodel and new construction projects. As Project Director, Mr. Miller is responsible for leading, developing, and ensuring his project teams meet all project milestones to deliver a product that maximizes PDSI’s clients’ ROI. His role encompasses responsibility for team leadership of all PDSI initiatives required to achieve innovative solutions and provide the highest level of service to support PDSI’s Clients, investors, and operators. Eric’s firm grasp of hands-on project management and ability to build cohesive teams, in conjunction with his deliberate practice understanding Client’s goals and facilitating productive communication accentuates his abilities to provide the leadership necessary to face the toughest project challenges.

Prior to joining PDSI, Mr. Miller had an accomplished career as an owner representative and project manager with more than ten years’ experience in planning and delivering diverse set of hospitality assets.
