As Project Coordinator for the Atlanta office, Ms. Cato is responsible for the administration of documents and contracts, coordinating consultant team proposal requests and design activity management. An important aspect of her role is coordination of FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) specifications, purchase orders, and expediting the requirements for the projects with the corresponding team’s interior designers, purchasing agents, warehouse and other consultants. Ms. Cato also acts as liaison between the PDSI project management team and project consultants. She is known for her creativity, problem solving skills, and enjoys the challenge of finishing a project on time and below or at budget.
Before joining PDSI, Ms. Cato was a Project Coordinator with Cortland Partners, specializing in multi-family housing, Jade Group, Inc. and Landmark Restorations where she gained valuable experience in hospitality project coordination. Her most notable projects to date are the Sheraton Bay Point Resort, Parker’s Landing Apartment Homes, Chateau Elan Winery, Morgans Hotel and the Holiday Inn Resort.
Sequila is currently working on her Project Management degree from Capella University, and has PMI and Microsoft Project Certifications.
