Nikki Griffin

Quality Assurance Manager

During her tenure with PDSI, Ms. Griffin has proven her ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget while ensuring the work is completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. She successfully manages client relationships through detailed project documentation and her ability to assess potential exposure and risk in all aspects of a project. Her responsibilities include the development and administration of the scope of work, project budget, and project schedule.  Ms. Griffin has a broad range of experience and knowledge of hospitality renovations having also held previous PDSI positions as a Project Coordinator and Assistant Project Manager for over 7 years.  Ms.  Griffin transitioned to PDSI’s Quality Assurance Manager in Summer of 2017, where she’s taken on the task of expanding PDSI’s template library, writing protocols for consistency, and manages the continued training of all PDSI employees. 

Before joining PDSI in 2008, Ms. Griffin worked at the Orlando based EXPO Design Center, educating customers about their design options and coordinating solutions for her clients in the showroom. As a liaison between the customer and designer, Nikki ensured the customer’s obtained the design they wanted within budget and on schedule.   

Ms. Griffin’s educational background includes completing an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts/ Life Sciences in 2004 from Harrisburg Area Community College and a Bachelor of Science, Summa Cum Laude, in Interior Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2007.
