Assistant Project Manager
With years of experience working in General Contracting, Ms. Hager is a great asset to PDSI as an Assistant Project Manager for the Seattle office. Ms. Hager plays an integral role primarily consisting of closely monitoring and managing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, & equipment), providing accurate take-off’s, review and approval of purchase orders, managing the expediting process, and coordinating logistics to ensure that PDSI delivers a successful project on time and under budget. In addition to managing FF&E, Ms. Hager also assists with consultant team RFPs, contract administration, the awarding of consultants, and design team management. She enjoys building relationships and coming up with value engineered sustainable solutions for unexpected problems for her clients.
Prior to joining PDSI, Ms. Hager worked for Turner Construction as a Project Coordinator, and prior to Turner, she worked as a Project Engineer for J.R. Abbott Construction. Her most notable projects are 425 Fairview Ave., where she oversaw the construction of a 7-story mid-rise structure, and a 24-story tower and podium structure; 777x Boeing Bomarc Building, which included the assembly of two 90,000 sq. ft. of modular buildings to support the 777x engineering expansion; and a readapted use of an office building to become the Everett Central Community Health Center of Snohomish Country – Everett Central Location.
Ms. Hager has a degree in Construction Management from Edmonds Community College, and is a member of NEWH, NAWIC, as well as a Notary for the State of Washington. She loves to volunteer at many children based non-profit organizations including the Cocoon House in Everett and Toys for Tots.
