Liz Hagen

Project Coordinator

As Project Coordinator for the Seattle office, Ms. Hagen provides PDSI clients with a consistent, knowledgeable contact at any time.  She is responsible for the administration of documents and contracts, coordinating consultant team proposal requests and design activity management.  Ms. Hagen acts as liaison between the PDSI project management team and project consultants. An important aspect of her role also includes coordination of FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) specifications, purchase orders, and expediting required for the projects with the corresponding team’s interior designers, purchasing agents, warehouse and other consultants.   

Before joining PDSI, Ms. Hagen began her hospitality career as an office administrator for the Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts working her way up to office management with Entertainment Cruises, Inc. Ms. Hagen gained a range of knowledge in office administration, accounting, IT support and event management.

Ms. Hagen studied classical voice and opera at The Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University from 2004-2006. In 2008, she became a Certified Tourism Ambassador for Baltimore. Continuing her education, Ms. Hagen has studied 10 different languages. Since joining PDSI, she has also furthered her education with courses through the University of Maryland. Her computer proficiency, excellent communication skills and detail oriented organizational skills make her a perfect fit to coordinate a wide range of PDSI projects.
