Jeff Norris

Project Manager

Mr. Norris has 16 years of experience in the construction industry and as a Project Manager, has successfully supported clients through the many aspects of Project Management including design, due diligence, entitlements, general contractor selection, value engineering, pre-construction, contracts, budget and schedule management, construction and close-out. With experience in industrial warehouses, commercial office buildings, tenant improvements, high-end residential build-outs, as well as heavy highway and civil construction projects, he brings a plethora of experience and valuable leadership to any project.  At PDSI, Jeff is responsible for delivering hospitality new construction or renovation projects within scope, on schedule, and under budget by effectively managing all aspects of the project.

Prior to PDSI, as a Senior Project Manager for CBRE, Mr. Norris provided landlord representation for tenant improvements and capital projects.  Prior to his role with CBRE, Jeff held Construction Manager and Project Manager positions with Hillwood Construction Services.   At Hillwood Construction Services, Jeff was responsible for successfully managing several industrial warehouse and commercial office building projects simultaneously.  He was responsible for projects that included ground up construction on several warehouses, office buildings, and a 12K SF high end residential build out in the W Hotels Residences in Dallas (which can be seen in the March 2008 Architectural Digest).  In addition to building experience, Jeff also served as a Construction Inspector for the Texas DOT, leading multi-lane highway construction, bridge, intersection and drainage improvement assignments.

Mr. Norris earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University - Commerce in 2001.
