As Project Coordinator for the Orlando office, Ms. Levin provides PDSI clients with a consistent, knowledgeable contact at any time. She is responsible for the administration of documents and contracts, coordinating consultant team proposal requests and design activity management. Ms. Levin acts as liaison between the PDSI project management team and project consultants. An important aspect of her role also includes coordination of FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) specifications, purchase orders, and expediting required for the projects with the corresponding team’s interior designers, purchasing agents, warehouse and other consultants.
Before joining PDSI, Ms. Levin worked with American Turf and Carpet as a sales representative, managing special event flooring projects in Central and South Florida for clients ranging from theme parks to individual weddings. From the beginning of the sales process to ensuring that the crew and materials arrived intact and on time to the jobsite, Ms. Levin gained a range of knowledge in manufacturing, installation, material quantities, logistics and expediting, and event management.
Ms. Levin graduated from Florida State University in 2010 with a B.A. degree in History and Political Science with a minor in French. Her computer proficiency, excellent communication skills and detail oriented organizational skills make her a perfect fit to coordinate a wide range of PDSI projects.
