Brian Judis

Project Manager

Mr. Brian Judis comes to PDSI as a seasoned Hospitality Project Manager and is based out of our Baltimore Office.  With over 20 years of industry experience, Brian’s work is driven by what he refers to as the three most important aspects of capital achievement; assessing carefully, planning wisely and executing with unparalleled efficiency.  When serving major hotel brands, managers and owners, his method is consistent – he integrates his professional planning and technical expertise with the goals of the owner, the brand and hotel staff.

Over his career, Brian has completed project work for several Private Equity Companies and Hotel Owners.  He has worked for Marriott International as Project Director, and Host Hotels & Resorts as a Director of Capital Expenditures - where he planned and executed $75m in capital renovations annually for upper tier and luxury hotel brands.   Mr. Judis has also worked for Core Architecture and Design as a Sr. Project Manager, and then rejoined Marriott International as Director of Capital Planning & Project Management - where he executed high volumes of infrastructure projects for Marriott’s select service & extended stay brands.  Most recently, Mr. Judis was principal in his own consulting company BR Judis Consulting. 

Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Auburn University and is a LEED AP Associate.  He enjoys building, making and fixing things, as well as hiking, fishing and camping.
