PDSI was retained to manage Phases 1 and 2 of the public area and guestroom renovation at the Doubletree Crystal City from July 2004 to January 2005.

Phase 1 included the interior renovation of the public areas, function spaces, and renovation of all food and beverage outlets.

Phase 2 included the renovation of 396 guestrooms in the North Tower of the property. This renovation included complete replacement of bathroom fixtures, floor and wall tile finishes, vanities, and a soft-good renovation in the guestroom parlor areas.

Both phases of the project were completed on time, on or under budget. As a result, CNL awarded PDSI the renovation of the Embassy suites in Crystal City.
