Part of Lodgian 5, a renovation group, Lodgian Inc. retained PDSI to manage the conversion of this property to a Four Points by Sheraton. Plans for the conversion include a complete guestroom and public area renovation. Also included are plans to construct new pool, porte cochere structures, and upgrades of the overall exterior of the building.

PDSI will assist Lodgian in rolling out the new Starwood's "cityscape" package for the guestrooms and corridors. The lobby and public areas will undergo a complete renovation for this property. When completed in January 2008, Doubletree Club Philadelphia will be one of the first properties in the country to launch the package.

Renovation plans include new vanities and coffee stations, complete FF&E packages (case-goods and soft-goods), carpet, and wall covering.
