Situated near Miami, Florida, the Doral Golf Resort and Spa features five championship golf courses that have hosted PGA events since 1962. PDSI managed this project which included the replacement of most of the base development infrastructure (power, water, elevators, chilled water plant, FA/FLS systems, BMS/BAS systems, etc.), exterior waterproofing, restoration of the world famous spa facilities and the construction of a new 65,000 sf ballroom facility. In addition, this project included the complete renovation of the Spa Suites, Function spaces, F&B and the retail outlets.
