When award winning condominium developer JMC Communities decided to build a hotel component within its latest mixed use project, they turned to PDSI to oversee the development of this project. Drawing on PDSI's extensive experience, every detail of this independent 5 star boutique hotel was tested by PDSI for its appropriateness, design and cost effectiveness.

PDSI's services included development of brand standards, a complete evaluation of the site, preparation of detailed brand and investment criteria, formulation of an aggressive “Master Development Plan,“ retention of the project team and an owner's representative oversight role during
the construction of this new hotel. In addition, PDSI was responsible for the buy-out, and installment of all hotel specific systems such as FF&E, OES, Kitchen and Equipment, Laundry, Audio-visual, IT, IT/Data, and PMS/POS Systems.
