The Metropolitan at Lake Eola

Redevelopment
Orlando, FL

After successfully developing several office, mixed use, and land developments, David Eichenblatt turned to PDSI to assist him during the construction process of the conversion of a former mid-scale hotel into condominiums. This project included building code complexities associated with the reuse of an existing 50 year old building, the complications associated with a facility that had been expanded over several generations, and the logistical considerations associated with an extensive “buyers options“ list.

PDSI's services began shortly after construction had begun and were built around an advisory role to this experienced developer. Specific services included periodic site visits during construction, advising the developer on actions to take to avoid oversights or correct deficiencies, and issuing reports or meeting minutes to record certain milestones.

Of Note: Complete change of use, updated
50 year old building to meet code requirements.
Units sold out in less than 2 days.
