Part of Lodgian 5, a renovation group, Lodgian Inc. has retained PDSI to manage the renovation of the guestrooms and corridors at this property. PDSI will be assisting Lodgian to roll out the new Marriott guestroom prototype package "facets" for this property. When completed in January 2008, Buckhead will be one of the first properties in the country to launch the package.

Renovation plans include new vanities and coffee stations, complete FF&E packages (casegoods and soft-goods), carpet, and wall covering.
