Ritz Carlton Atlanta

Renovation
Atlanta, GA

Based on a long-standing and successful relationship, Highland Hospitality has retained PDSI to perform an extensive Guestroom, Corridor and Limited Public Area renovation at the downtown Atlanta Ritz Carlton.

This renovation, which commenced in January 2008, is designed to invigorate the hotel with a new, more contemporary design scheme in the guest tower. In addition to a complete FF&E replacement and bathroom refresh project for the standard rooms, all suites will be "re-concepted," which will include a major re-planning of the executive suites bathrooms. In addition, ADA improvements will occur throughout the hotel. Last, the Club Lounge will be renovated to adhere to Ritz standards. As with most of PDSI's renovation projects, the hotel will remain open during construction, adding additional complexity to the 25-story hotel renovation.
