As the headquarters hotel for the PGA Bellsouth Classic Golf Tournament, the owner needed to renovate 419 rooms and suites during a 13 week window starting at Christmas and ending the week before the tournament began.

PDSI's responsibilities included a fast track consolidiation of all available information, a restructuring of the project plan and oversight of the design and construction process. The project was completed within the 13 week window and was completed on budget.
