With a very short window of opportunity, FelCor Lodging Trust turned to PDSI to develop, organize and implement the evaluation of 32 properties throughout the United States over a 3 week period. These properties varied in character from a 1932 historic property with 85 rooms to an 850 room city center convention hotel. In addition, certain seller restrictions confined our opportunity to physically investigate each hotel requiring extensive research prior to actually visiting the hotels.

PDSI’s services included extensive research on each property, the formulation of a comprehensive due diligence plan, retention of specialty consultants, developing the complicated logistics and communication channels for each of the evaluation teams, and the preparation and review of the scope, budget and timing of the deferred maintenance and capital needs of each asset with the client.
