Barceló Crestline Corporation appointed PDSI to manage the renovation of Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington, in Washington D.C. The main goal for the renovation was to position this Homewood Suites hotel as a top competitor in the DC area. The interior was updated with a more modern and urban feel. Guestrooms received new granite counter tops in both the kitchen and the vanity areas. The design team created a welcoming lobby area with a twist of an urban design scheme.

PDSI worked carefully to create a plan that allowed the hotel to remain open and reach their sales goals during the construction phase of this project. PDSI completed a successful renovation project on schedule.
